What makes Off Piste 4WD Tours different
EXCLUSIVE ACCESS: We travel through Fleurieu Peninsula national parks and private property routes that most tours can’t access.
RARE HOMESTEAD LUNCH: Enjoy a private lunch at our family homestead — one of the only homesteads in South Australia offering private lunches at home.
REGENERATIVE FARMING: Everything we serve (produce, food and wine) is organic, biodynamic, or from eco-certified growers and vineyards. Meet the people behind it and hear their regenerative farming story and why clean soils matter.
ABOUT US
Off Piste 4WD Tours is a highly exciting and informative adventure unlocking the secrets of the Fleurieu Peninsula, a rugged region located between Adelaide and Kangaroo Island in South Australia. Operator and Fleurieu local Ben Neville has teamed up with farmers, providores, winemakers and National Park authorities to create an inspiring luxury experience visiting locations and territory where other tours do not venture.
Our safari begins 40 minutes' drive from Adelaide and delves deep into pristine Aussie bush country via off-road tracks, often meeting the local wildlife en route. The ancient history of the First Nations, and local custodians, Kaurna people is discussed and emotive locations visited throughout tours.
Exclusive outdoor lunches in scenic surrounds are prepared by award-winning Chef Imogen Czulowski, served up at Ben’s family historic homestead and vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale. The tour informally drops in on boutique wineries, brewers and bakers allowing the adventurer to sample wines, beers and breads straight from the barrel, vat and oven. Each carefully crafted tour showcases the Fleurieu's remarkable human endeavours and its magnificent coastal, bush and hill scenery.
We run Toyota Land Cruisers with excellent air conditioning and plush, leather seating ensuring full comfort and maximum safety.

OUR TEAM
Meet our team of Fleurieu Peninsula locals, dedicated to making your next South Australian off-road adventure one to remember.

Ben - Owner & Guide
Born and raised on the Fleurieu Peninsula, Ben's passion for the region has been shaped by a lifetime exploring its rugged coastline, rolling vineyards, and remarkable natural landscapes. Growing up among the vineyards of McLaren Vale inspired a deep appreciation for its world-class wines, exceptional produce, and close-knit community.
After a decade living and working throughout Europe, Ben graduated with a BSc in Geography from King's College London before spending five years in London's finance sector. His career ultimately led him back to his passion for luxury tourism, first as a helicopter guide in Victoria's Falls Creek ski resort and later with the award-winning guiding team at the prestigious Longitude 131° overlooking Uluru.
Today, Ben combines more than 20 years of guiding experience with trusted relationships across the Fleurieu Peninsula to create exclusive experiences, connecting guests with the region's landscapes, wildlife, food, wine, and people through authentic storytelling and genuine South Australian history and hospitality.

Mo - Chef de Cuisine
From the Fleurieu Peninsula to some of the world's most celebrated kitchens, Imogen's (Mo) culinary journey has been shaped by a passion for exceptional food, locally grown produce, and genuine hospitality.
A multiple award-winning chef, her career has included the internationally acclaimed Noma in Copenhagen, working with Heston Blumenthal in the UK, serving as Sous Chef at the renowned Fino at Seppeltsfield, and today as Executive Chef at Adelaide's iconic Africola.
At Off Piste 4WD Tours, Imogen brings that remarkable experience home, creating seasonal menus that celebrate the Fleurieu Peninsula's exceptional produce and rich culinary heritage. Passionate about sourcing the freshest local ingredients, she works closely with regional growers, producers, and artisans to showcase the authentic flavours of South Australia. Every meal reflects her belief that exceptional food is about sharing the stories, people, and produce that make this remarkable region unlike anywhere else.
